The Affordable Housing Basic Training program is designed to provide participants with foundational knowledge of affordable housing principles, programs, and best practices. This professional training equips stakeholders—housing authority staff, nonprofit developers, and community advocates—with a comprehensive understanding of affordable housing development, financing, compliance, and operations.

3-Day Course for Funders and Municipalities

  • On-Site: $5,060

  • Hybrid: $4,700

  • Virtual: $2,700

50% Deposit to reserve date.

50% Due 7 Days prior to training.

Up to 10 attendees included.  $150 per additional attendee.

Hybrid courses entail two days on-site and 6 remote instruction hours.

Hybrid is not available for 2-day course.

All Classes include 2 hours of follow-up instruction or consultation.
